Insurance and payment For Counseling
I accept Medicaid and Medicare. I am in-network for most Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Aetna, Allegiance, Optum, Cigna, CHIP, and First Choice plans. However, I cannot guarantee that your particular plan considers my practice in-network or out-of-network, or if your plan even covers mental health/counseling. Please contact your insurance provider and ask about your coverage to guard against any unpleasant coverage surprises. I do accept out-of-network insurance and I accept credit/debit cards for co-payments or direct pay.
My fee is $165/hour. Discount available for patients who pay in full at time of service.
Bits and Pieces
I gladly accept Telehealth clients who live in Montana.
I charge a $35 late cancellation fee for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance.
Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in termination of services.
I am available for a short (20 min max) initial consultations either in-person or through Telehealth.

Guardian ad Litem (GAL) and mediation services cannot be billed to medical insurance and are not considered health related expenses. Payment for GAL and Mediation services are billed on a hourly rate. GAL services require a court order. Mediation services are often mandated by the courts, but do not require a court order.
